Had an incident where my camera bag was stolen during my trip to San Francisco. Allstate's Emily was helpful in explaining me the options I had. I contacted the claims agent Erin and she was super helpful and patient with sorting out the claim and getting me paid fast. Overall, while the the theft was a horrible experience where my rental car was broken into and camera bag stolen, having Allstate's Emily and Erin was a relief. This was my first experience ever dealing with claims and I would rate both Emily and Erin 5 stars for getting me through it without any worries.
