The Office Representative, Savannah Brigdon was extremely helpful, adaptable, and more importantly, professional. Despite being somewhat related, I received ABSOLUTELY NO special treatment, I was treated like everyone else who has been assisted by this outstanding employee. Savannah helped me set up my renters insurance for my new college apartment and even contacted the landlords for me to insure that my files where received, and noted down in the records, and she did the exact same for my fiance. I hope Mr. Finkelstein will read this review and hopefully get a glimpse of how valuable it is - if it isn't already self-evidentnto have an employee that goes above and beyond for everyone in her care, no matter who it is. If she hasn't already, give this badass woman a raise, she definitely deserves one, period. And because of her hard work, dedication and patience in explaining everything I need to know, I know myself, and many others will continue to come back to this State Farm Agency. In-fact I plan to come back up in the next couple of weeks to setup a few more policies for myself.nnThe last thing that should be noted, Zach, if you're reading this, please do not take Ms. Brigdon for granite, she is a star employee and deserves recognition. Keep your eyes on this one, because sooner rather than later I know she will climb the ladder and be on top. I was very surprised at the professional attention I received from Savannah. She was thorough in describing what my auto insurance covered and made sure all my questions were addressed and answered. I look forward to my future with this State Farm agency. I highly recommend them.

Had a very pleasant experience. Savannah helped me change my renters insurance yesterday, getting me more coverage at an even lower rate than my previous insurance company, and even took care of canceling/quiting my old insurance and even notified my apartment complex for me about my insurance change.
