Cannot recommend KC Rug Cleaning and Repair high enough. Excellent communication--very easy to call, text or email-- and response rate is amazing. Incredibly professional, helpful and kind gentlemen who come to take the rugs, move furniture and then return and place everything back where it belongs. During the process, they called with a question to ensure I would be happy with service. Would not use any other carpet cleaning company in KC!
I had them pick up several rugs to have cleaned while I was moving. They were very responsive, coming out yo the house to give an estimate, explain their service, & pricing. They took the rugs with them, called me when they were ready & delivered promptly. I’m very happy having clean rugs in my new house. I will use them again & highly recommend.
We had KC Rug Cleaning clean two area rugs that had serious pet stains. The rugs look great, and the staff were wonderful to work with. We are located a couple of hours south of KC, so picking up the rugs took some time. The staff was very helpful in working with our travel schedule. I highly recommend them.
They were prompt efficient did what they said they’d do unbelievable in today’s world. They cleaned my oriental rugs moved them out then in the house offered to move furniture and set up. Rugs look beautiful . No muss no fuss shockingly smooth.
I had a large oriental rug and a small Caucasian rug washed. Both of them look so much brighter. I loved the on time pick up and on time delivery. I was very impressed.
