Nice, clean, new, and friendly staff. Limited options in some areas, but they are close and convenient and typically have what I need in a pinch. Prices are slightly higher when compared to other big box hardware stores, but the environment is nice and the people are always friendly and helpful.

Great service. Great people. Never been into a sutherlands before but every person I talked to was friendly and fast and got me set up. Props to Ben, my delivery driver, a really helpful guy. I will definitely be bringing my business there again.

Wife bought a $20 door knob, didn't need it after all. Took it to the store w/out a receipt and figured I could just get store credit. Didn't happen, searched the last 4 of every credit card that we have a couldn't find record of the purchase. Came back a few days later WITH THE RECEIPT..and couldn't give me cash or even store credit. Said I needed to have the card that the knob was purchased with and that they could only credit the card. It's my wife's card, she wasn't with me so again I left with nothing. I was going to purchase more than $20 worth of items if I could somehow get my money back. Now I will have my wife go, get the credit on the card, and take my business elsewhere. Too bad because this location is so convenient, but the return policy certainly is not. I wonder what the policy is if I would have written a check?
