Very friendly and prompt. You are assigned a specific person, whom is very up to date on your needs and familiar with just you. Today's visit was unusual for me not using Nitrous. But the pills worked wonderfully. I think I even fell asleep during the cavity repair. Works for me, I'm a chicken. What a quiet place & I even got a birthday video card. They really care.

I had two front 51 year old crowns replaced today! To say I was anxious doesn't begin to describe my apprehension. Dr. Sylvester was amazing. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions. He went the extra mile to be sure I was in no pain and comfortable. Then, Bianca made my temporary crowns! They look awesome....so much better than my old permanent ones! I can't wait to see the new permanent ones! I am so glad I had this work done and that I had it done at Esthetic Enhancement. Their kind consideration, up to date equipment and knowledgeable skill made for a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend Dr. Sylvester and his staff for any dental needs.

Lost my old dentist and needed to find a new one quick. Called Jackie at Esthetic Enhancement and she was so knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions, I was able to see one of the dentists after only a day or two. I liked everything about this place. Friendly people and no high pressure. All my questions got answered. Very happy to be one of their new patients.

This is the best place to go for anything dental in Kansas City-a well-kept secret! They are very helpful, professional and highly skilled and trained.nI've lived all my life with discolored teeth from antibiotics i received as a kid...nToday, Dr Marengo set 10 beautiful new teeth for me! Life changing! I'm completely in awe of my new smile! I will love living with my new teeth! I'm very grateful and I would wish pretty teeth for everyone! First of all, I am a patient of 11 years. My crown fell off early Tuesday morning. I sent a text to the office and Jackie called me back to set up an appointment the same day. I was amazed they could fit me.nnI arrived for my appointment and was taken back almost immediately. Again, I was pleasantly surprised since they were fitting me in. The hygienist, Afton, was great. Super nice and was explaining all that she was doing during the process. Dr. Sylvester came and finished the procedure.nnA great experience all around. Thank you to Jackie, Afton and Dr. Sylvester for all they did!
