I had to say goodbye to my sweet boy last night. The staff that took him back was compassionate and sweet, including the vet and the techs that helped him out of the car. The receptionist however was cold and never once offered condolences, but asked about how I was going to render payment. I understand that it is a business, but you should train all of your employees, including the receptionist to show some sympathy and compassion during one of the hardest days of my life.
My sweet, sweet puppy (8 years old) would surely have died if it weren't for these kind and devoted people. They did everything in their power to help her and I was able to bring her home tonight. They kept me informed every step of the way with compassionate, informative and patient phone interaction. Although it was quite an expense, my puppy is priceless to me. Thank you!
We were very appreciative of the Vet letting us know best or worst case (in our case), with our sweet girl. It was an extremely costly road to find out what was wrong with her and also very costly, and honestly not worth our girl being in pain. The vet understood our concerns and allowed us to transfer her to our regular vet as soon as they opened so that she could be put down by people that have loved her and she's loved sinceshe was a puppy. She also called our vet for a Dr. to Dr. 1:1 so they could discuss best decisions for care or if end of life was the best choice. Because of this care, compassion, and love from both vets we ended up doing what was best for Lucky and putting her down. Blue Pearl made us feel like they truly cared about Lucky and what she was going through.
We had to say goodbye to our sweet girl. They upheld Covid protocols while still letting us be with her. They were wonderful throughout. We'd had to seek care here a couple of times throughout her life and they've always been great. I am grateful for their kindness and compassion. We also received a card signed by the staff expressing their condolences. Truly, it meant so much. I recommend them without reservation. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care.
The staff here were so caring, helpful, and truly passionate about what they do. Even during COVID, they were able to provide the best care and love for my injured pup, Vinny. I was able to call in at any hour and receive updates on how my dog was doing and knew he was in good hands! Definitely recommend anyone to receive Veterinary services here!
