The owner, RJ, should not work the counter. He consistently has a bad attitude and is rude. His other employees are much better. But I will not go back because of the owner. One example: His location lost my clothes before. I asked for a receipt at drop off and RJ gave me attitude for not just dropping off and leaving.
wonderful local dry cleaner
Got my comforter dry cleaned here and it came back great!
My wife dropped off 7 of my button down collared shirts, we only got back 6 because one was completely destroyed (arm ripped off mid-sleeve). The store owner still made us technically pay for the dry cleaning including the destroyed shirt. Here's how it went...nOriginal cost of shirt $40 (low end of the range for brand)nBill $17.50 ($2.50 x7)n$17.50 deducted from $40 = $22.50 offered store credit.nWhen I got home from work and was informed of the botched service and looked at the bill which indicated that the destroyed shirt had NOT been removed, I decided that I did not wish to return to this location for cleaning services.nI did however go in to dispute the bill and request that reimbursement be paid in a form other than store credit.nAfter 25 minutes of back and forth with the owner who claimed to have made no such agreement with my wife for $40; ESSENTIALLY CALLING HER A LIAR, gave me $20 cash to pay for a new shirt.nSo $40 minus $20 actually means that I paid double to have them destroy my property.nI will not ever use this cleaner again and would advise anyone to go elsewhere.
