Recently bought a engagement ring from the owners Gene and Karen and had excellent service! JP is excellent to work with and walks you through everything you need to know when buying while customer designing the ring you want in a timely manner! They will not try and oversell you on anything and work to keep you within your set budget you give them! The owners are also first class and get to know their customers when they enter the store. Thank you for the great experience! I highly recommend anyone in the KC metro go here over the big name chains. Again thank you house of diamonds!

The. Best. Jewelry. In. Town. We’ve known Gene & Karen for years and enjoy the friendly and impeccable service every time we walk in the store. Gene helped us pick out the settings and stones for my wedding set almost 20 years ago. He ordered the stones, showed them to us before putting them in the setting and the rings look just as spectacular as they were the first day I put them on. It’s true, you become a part of the family and they will take care of you and your jewelry!
