What A Great Company!nI was recently recommended to visit Robert at Spratford Fine Jewelry, by my sister, when trying to decide how to start the process of designing and making my future Wife's engagement ring. I had done a lot of research to know the route I wanted to go, but wasn't sure if that would translate to the logistics of it all.nnRobert made me feel at ease with the whole process. From the second I stepped into the store they made me feel way more confident that this wasn't just another job for them. It was a relationship. We got to know each other, he asked how my family was doing, and what my girlfriend was like. It was a very comfortable situation.nHe gave me a great price and even threw in some great (non pushy) suggestions. We were well informed the whole time and got to see plastic moldings of our rings beforehand to even further confirm our decision.nnMy wife LOVES the ring and gets compliments about it all the time.nI've sense bought a wedding band for both her and my, as well as a one year anniversary band.nI have only great things to say about this team and my many experiences with them.

We have been customers of Spratford Fine Jewelry for many years. We initially went to them when my mother in law passed away and they helped go through her jewelry to determine which pieces were valuable. Over the years they have repaired and cleaned my wedding rings, diamond earrings and band. You always feel welcome when you enter the store. Gene and Robert helped my husband design an amazing topaz necklace for a milestone birthday, which was a complete surprise. We wholeheartedly recommend Spratford for any of your jewelry needs. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy!

I can’t say enough good things about Spratford Fine Jewelry!nThe Spratford’s really know how to take care of their customers!nWe have gone there many times for repairs and cleaning of our fine jewelry.nThey always make our pieces look brand new.nMost recently my husband and I decided to upgrade my engagement ring with a new ring setting and additional diamonds to accompany my original stone.nThough I knew a little bit of what the final result would look like, I am still in aw and amazement of what I received when it was finished.nIt’s so beautiful in its beautiful details on the ring, and the 3 diamonds together sparkle like the stars in the sky!nThe excitement I feel is like becoming engaged all over again!!nIt’s absolutely stunning.nSpratford is a class A business.nThey only use the best quality everything, and their customer service is unmatched.nThank you again Spratford, we will be back!
