Funds were supposed to be wired, took 2-3 days to get first set of funds completed, then took an additional week with no call backs to find out remaining funds were not wired as directed, lost paperwork with our bank and routing information so they mailed it. Incredibly slow to process things and completely unprofessional when I had to call everyday for a week, kept getting told I'd receive a call back, never did. Understand sometimes things are busy but all clients should be priority not just new closing deals. Would never use this company again. Absolutely ridiculous

I have always used continental title in Kansas City. This time I had to use clear title due to the type of property I was selling. It took four days to get the property funded after closing. I requested information on what happened never received a response. I requested the closing documents. Never received a response finally called them again today and they are supposedly emailing me the documents.
