We had such a great experience with Area Rug Dimensions. From the minute we walked in the door to our rug being delivered and placed in our home for us, it was amazing and everyone was so helpful, professional and so kind. We ordered a custom sized rug and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We definitely will highly recommend them!

I wife and I were looking for some rather large area rugs, one of which was rectangular and the other of which would be circular.nnOur visit to this very unassuming storefront quickly revealed that on the inside they had a large inventory from which we could select. The expert help that we receive from one of the owners let us to purchase on the spot the rectangular carpet, however we were a little stymied on the selection of a circular one. Again the owner stepped in and was very quickly able to locate for us a circular rug that was to our liking, and after several phone calls was able to arrange for it to be shipped to their facility on a timely basis.nnWhen it came time for delivery their outside service was backed up, however we had a particular need for wanting her carpets delivered as soon as possible. Soon as we shared our concerns within two hours to young men from their facility dropped the carpets to our home and very expertly moved the furniture but the carpets into place and put everything back where it belonged.nnI think this was an excellent company with which to do business and for that reason I highly recommend them to others.

As everyone knows, finding the right area rug can be a long brutal task. I had used online ordering to try out 4 different area rugs for a newly decorated bedroom with no success. I shared my frustration with my sister-in-law and she recommended I try Area Rug Dimensions and shared that they were so good in checking out their rugs to try in your home. They were so helpful, ordered in samples for me to look at. When I made the final selection they let me pay a reasonable deposit that would also let me have the option if the colors didn't work in the room I could return the special ordered rug to them. I so appreciated that! The rug was a huge success and a pleasant experience thanks to the team at ARD! I will recommend them to friends and family.
