I told the manager what I wanted and he explained all the features and walked me through the details, the experience was fluid and simple. Customer service was very good even though they were extremely busy. He even extended a promo that they were having for me and saved me some cash. I will be going back for future business!nnUpdate: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I bought another product here and the product was not as advertised but Smoke n Fire worked with me to make sure I was happy. I will continue to shop here for all my smoke and fire accessory needs. I love this place!
Great products, fantastic customer service. My husband and I went in looking for a firepit to place by our pool, found one that was unusually modern!! We LOVE it!!! Just what we needed to jazz up our new living space!! We also purchased some kitchen gadgets!! It's a drive from Blue Springs, but we'll worth our time. Thanks guys!
Have tried to go here on weekends. No help so went in the middle of a week day. Still poor customer service. Only one person knew anything about fireplaces. After spending $600 they told me the only one left was the one on the shelf. Really?? What about the warranty. They said 5 years. They better honor it!

Had great customer service when looking for fireplace logs. We felt safe with their mask policy and all employees were wearing masks properly!!! Will be using them for all our bbq needs from now on.
