Great product and even better salespeople. I did not feel pressured or bothered and it made the overall shopping experience much better. The salesman that helped me had an impressive knowledge of the product and was very helpful in helping me choose a recliner. I am extremely happy with my experience at this location.

Tony greeted us at the door and worked with us to find the perfect reclining rockers for each of our specific needs. He didn't hover, rush, or pressure us but he was always available to answer questions about warranties, delivery times, colors, upgrades, and even financing options if we wanted them. We ended up buying two cloth recliners and a leather couch. Overall, a good experience and not painful in the pocket

Susan was a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We didn’t think we were coming in to purchase anything, but we are so happy we did. My husband and I ordered a couch online a few months ago and due to COVID and like most companies experiencing production disruption, the couch order was never sent into production. We didn’t figure this out until 2 months afterward placed the order until I called the local store. JP, the manager, was so helpful and went above and beyond to make things right (even though we weren’t upset because we are sympathetic to what covid has done). We ended up working with one of their in house designers, Brooke, who is awesome and was so patient with my indecisiveness. They definitely have a loyal customer in me and I know the furniture will be beautiful and great quality when it arrives!

We went to La-Z-Boy looking for a couch and ottoman set. I wasn’t sure it would be a good place for us, because I didn’t think it would be within our budget and I didn’t think I’d be able to find furniture that matches my style. I was wrong! There are plenty of options there that are not the stereotypical La-Z-Boy recliner style. Our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever. She listened to what we were looking for and found excellent options for us. She gave us lots of time to make our decision and ultimately led us to a great piece of furniture for our house. The selection at the store (we were looking for a couch and ottoman) was very good, and we were excited to find that we could get a duo reclining couch that still sits flush against the wall rather than a stationary couch and ottoman, which actually works better for our family. We loved being able to choose the style of couch first and then a fabric that we liked. Overall we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend!
