I had done a ton of research looking for a dental office that is progressive, has glowing references, fair fees, and has a doctor and office staff that genuinely care. Dr. Schulz and his office staff far exceeded my expectations. Brittany took my initial phone call and spent a lot of time answering my many questions in a professional and thorough way. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a smile and reassured me that I would be helped quickly. Liz, another amazing professional, called me into the patient room where she patiently listened to my concerns. She made me feel heard and validated, and easily relayed my information to Dr. Schulz. Dr. Schulz had an uncanny ability to make me feel like he understood my concerns and quickly put those at ease. He offered to take his own 3-D x-rays of my entire mouth during my complimentary evaluation and spent a lot of time going through each of my concerns in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Schulz prepared a treatment plan and outlined options for delivery and payment. Following my visit with Dr. Schulz, Brittany came in and answered additional questions as they related to insurance coverage and the best way to approach my plan in order to minimize the out of pocket portion. It's easy to see why Dr. Schulz and his team are held in such high regard by their patients. They go above and beyond in every facet of their patient's dental experience. I'm so glad I found Corporate Lakes Dental.
