Well, I now have to say I'm a believer! I read thru other patient's testimonials that stated their root canals were virtually painless and I didn't believe them as I had had a horrible experience several years ago with another dentist and thought every root canal has to be painful! Dr. Budig described the procedure to me and told me it would be painless. He was absolutely right about that! I have to admit that I was pretty skeptical and felt a little tense before the procedure began. But, once the anesthetic did its job, I didn't feel one thing that he was doing. I was SO pleasantly surprised...I guess you could call it ecstatic!!! The entire office visit from start to finish was less than one hour.nI have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Budig and his office staff...to me, they are miracle workers! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Budig for anyone who needs to have a root canal done...you cannot find anyone finer than he! It was so nice to leave the dentist office with a big smile on my face rather than in tears from the pain! Thank you, Dr. Budig for a job WELL DONE!!!!

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, with a nice cozy waiting room. After I was greeted with a warm smile, and was asked for my information. It didn‘t take any time because I gave all my information beforehand online.nnI went into the exam room and a very sweet hygienist met me. She offered a blanket and answered all my questions. When the doctor came in he shook my hand and introduced himself. He then proceeded to examine my tooth. He explained, thoroughly, what was going to be done next.nnI give them 5 stars.

I had to take my 13 year old daughter in for a root canal. I explained that I wasn't sure how it would go because due to her horrible experience with her old dentist she has terrible anxiety. I really wasn't sure that we would get through the procedure. Dr. Budig was very patient and kind with her explaining every step of the way, what she would feel, and hear and gave her a signal if she needed him to stop. She asked him to stop twice to give her a breather which he did immediately. I am big on customer service and a lot of places don't believe in it anymore but the whole staff at Apex was respectful and helpful, I highly recommend this office!
