Dr.Chan was very willing to spend time with a new patient. He explains in detail what needs to be done & asked what I wanted to do & when. I appreciated that. A very down to earth doctor....NO GOD COMPLEX.

I am a RN and found Dr Chan to be very kind, honest and through. He explained everything in great detail and what needed to be done. He was a second opinion for me. He was on time and I transferred my care to him. I am scheduled for surgery in a week and feel I am in good hands. I also feel that my prior care was excellent in the same office but I think that I would get better faster with Dr Chan’s approach.

I highly recommend Dr H Chan. I had gone to Dr H Chan for a second opinion after seeing another foot specialist here in Las Vegas. The other Dr was so arrogant that he didn’t bother to listen nor answer my questions. I did have foot surgery with Dr H Chan in May. So glad I went to him for a second opinion! He’s very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Took time to explain everything in detail and to answer my questions. Dr H Chan is a fabulous Dr/Surgeon with a wonderful staff!

To be honest I don't have a lot of confidence in Nevada physicians, in general, so I research everything I can about them ahead of any prospective visit. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the past recommendations and referrals that I found for Dr. Chan. He performed a total ankle replacement for me, which was getting so painful, that I had to stop doing my daily walks, and of course my tennis, months earlier. Well, the great news is that after 3 months post surgical, I"m now walking one mile, twice a day and preparing to start hitting some tennis balls again! AND, I have NO PAIN....I didn't really expect to be this pain free, but for now, fantastic! I definitely would recommend Dr. Chan far any ankle surgery; 10 years ago, they probably wouldn't even do this operation. BTW, I am 80 y.o.

They ask that you get there a half hour early. Their paperwork is nine pages of redundancy, painful to do. I waited 45 minutes past my time and then was seen by only the practitioner, not the doctor. X-rays were done well and efficiently. Practitioner was competent and nice. Waiting room is safe.
