Sweet, compassionate, made a connection. Checked my son thoroughly. Explained as much as he could to ease my worry. He a wonder y fella. He has seen my daughter in the past. We appreciate him very much. Super attentive

Dr. Thomas is a great dr, but where my problem lies is that we had a appointment at 3:10 and we got there early. We waited almost 30 minutes before I asked the office assistant how much longer and she said not that much longer. So I waited another 15 minutes and went back up and asked again she said I was next so I sat back down, now another 15 minutes gone by and I told her I wanted to reschedule so I could get back to work. She said they are getting ready to call you back , they finally came back after over a hour of waiting. The nurse check my daughters vitals and here we are still waiting almost a 1hr and 45 minutes for the dr. This is not right and they should keep you updated if they are running over. They bill you if you dont call to cancel but what about the patient isnt there time important as well.

They take too long. We came and they took 3 hours to bring us in. We had an appointment too.😠
