Awesome experience with Erie. The only issue we had was them not communicating the delivery of the materials and install date. People showed up a few days later to install with no warning. Fairly minor as everything else was top notch and the roof looks great. Looking forward to enjoying it for many many years.

The roof looks great, and the guys were very good about working fast and cleaning up when they were done.nnThere was a really long time between the order and the installation, but they got it done before the cold hit, so that's all good. I contacted them because of an ad saying they were looking for places to give grants to, but that was never really an option...so maybe a tad misleading advertising practices.nnBut overall, I'm glad we have a roof that will never need to be replaced. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Huge ripoff and they try to pressure you into signing a contract immediately. They keep bringing the price down, but to “get the good offer” you have to do it that day and sign a contract. In order to cancel the contract you have to fill out a cancellation form and mail it to them within 3 days. Plus when I called to cancel the transaction and contract because they did credit reports without my permission and put signs on my yard before the deal was completed, no one ever answered. I had to physically go to their office to talk to them. Don't even waste your time communicating with this company. Not transparent or professional, very shady and a huge waste of my time of over three hours.

The Erie construction employees were very professional from the first contact up to the completion of the job. A salesman explained the process to us. The materials arrived about a month later as planned. Then the work crew arrived at our convenience and performed the job. The old roof was removed and the new roof put in place. They removed and replaced our gutters and gutter guards as promised. The work crew was very nice. They were efficient and left the work area very clean. Someone stopped by to check on the work, ask if we were satisfied, and if we had any questions. Another employee called to check on the work and make sure we had received our warranty papers when the work was completed. We are very satisfied and happy with our new roof. Erie installed a beautiful steel roof not only in my eyes but in the eyes of passerby’s too. I have received comments that they cannot believe the roof is steel and it looks likes just like a shingle roof. The cost is reasonable and the installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Erie.
