Slow as molasses pharmacy that is constantly understaffed,I'm switching to CVS. I had to wait 20 minutes in line before the car in front of me got thier prescription and moved and when it was my turn to hurry up and wait, pharmacist had the audacity to ask me to drive around the loop so they could help the car behind me while they finished my prescription. I look in the rear view mirror and there are THREE cars waiting. How do I know thier prescriptions are ready? I ordered the prescriptions to be picked up two hours earlier. They hadn't even started them when I got there 2 hours later. If you need a prescription due to an emergency, don't go to this Walgreens, you'll probably die before it's ready.
Pharmacist Josh J. has always been a straightforward stand up gentleman and candid approachable pharmacist with a depth of knowledge and the patience to share. I moved and consequently moved to a closer Walgreens. However I am moving all my prescriptions back to the Pflumm Walgreens in to Josh’s hands. Thank you Josh!
I am an 82 year old senior. who sincerely appreciates the Senior Discount on the first Tuesday of the month. Your rewards program is really helpful to reduce our bill. Dwane W. Overland Park, KS
