The customer service supervisor has -1 customer service. I went to this store today around 1:30pm, I wanted to send money through Western Union. When I got to the desk she asked “ Are you here for Western Union?” I said yes. She said “ we don’t have time today for western union.”nnThe thing is I called the store before I drove down there and the same lady told me western union is available. When I told her this she said I am the only person here and I didn’t get any call. So basically I am lying. Then she just walked away and left me standing there. I thought she would come back but she never did she went out to the floor to help other customers but I wasn’t a customer in her eyes.nnI waited for a couple of minutes then another female employee came to the desk and asked whether I needed help. I told her what happened and she helped me out and apologized for what her “supervisor” did. I wonder how did this supervisor even got this job.nnHer attitude and the way she talked to me is not acceptable. I would actually give her -5 customer service skills now.
Staff always very conscious of my allergies when filling prescriptions. Very patient if I have questions.
Henhouse pharmacy has been an integral part of our family’s healthcare for many years; in fact they feel like part of the family. Staff is knowledgeable, very kind and always glad to help. They take an active interest in your well-being and offer valuable information and services. Highly recommended.
