Great fried fish, good service.nThe building is looking somewhat rundown, but prices are good.nI was on foot at the drive up and caused a little confusion. Next time I'll try the second door and order inside. Dining area is closed.

Our Mgr - Cook Jacqui really went out of her way to Prepare 2 - 12 Piece Family Meals for my Family today, and the Food was Perfect! That was the Best LONG JOHN SILVER'S MEAL I have ever had! VERY Impressive, highly recommend this Location in Olathe Kansas on Santa Fe! I would also be giving that Young Lady a Big Raise, and will be going back soon, and telling all my friends too! Happy Happy Happy !!!

I'm sure the people behind us in the drive through were not happy with us. We ordered the largest family meal and waited several minutes to get it. My suggestions are that they need one of those pull-forward spots for this sort of situation. Although the window person apologized for the wait, it was long enough, she should have checked in with us at least once or twice to let us know what was going on and taking so long.

The food was consistent with every other Long John's I've been to. Take that however you will but it's all I expect, so I wasn't disappointed.nnThe facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Service was as expedient as could be expected given that there were only two people on staff during our visit.nnFacilities were in need of basic repair. I'm not sure if the entrance is actually ADA compliant, the ramp seemed kind of steep and long for wheelchair accessibility.nnOverall I have nothing but compliments for the actual staff, but the restaurant itself needs some TLC in the form of repairs. I don't think we'll be back.
