I do not always work 8-5 and when I'm working, I'm constantly on the go. Not having a washer/dryer in my apartment is stressful because I'm exhausted by the time I get home. I love that I can drop off My dirty clothes (I send my own detergent and dryer sheets but you can tell them to use theirs) on my lunch break and they're ready by the time I get off work! They even fold! I'll gladly pay the $ for the convenience of only having to put clothes on hangers! Totally worth it.
