I went there today and a girl with piercings on her face who works there was soooo rude!! I left and went to a different laundry mat and called her manager and told her how rude she was and all she did was tell me not to go back! Like what kind of customer service is that!!! Not a place I’d recommend going to Id really love to talk to the managers boss so he’s aware of how the girl working there is with people she was flat out rude and how the manager didn’t even care to resolve the situation!

Nice clean place and the attendant was nice, it was nice that they had snack machines and offered fabric softener and laundry soap to purchase if it was needed. However, I am not happy and really irritated that when you look online it says the place closes at 10:30 and DOES NOT state anywhere that the water to machines are turned off at 8 and the doors are locked by 8:30! I left just after 8:45pm ish with two baskets of dampe clothes and feeling rushed to leave!
I'm gonna bet those complainers raging on about the closing hours are those who wait until the last minute, RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING TO SHOW UP!!!nGrow up people.nEvening workers have families as well, who'd like to go home on time, like you when you get off work.nRespect the clock, get in on time, or go another day!nnJust a laundry customer.
I expected a hookah place, but at least I have clean underwear now.
