AAA Missouri

We had AAA for insurance last hear and had to get AAA membership to go along with it, never figured we'd use it. Moved onto other insurance companies because of rate changes and hadnt thought about it since. The other day I was going to ride to work with my fiance and then take the car to work doing Uber eats and Instacart all day. As soon as we pulled in to his work we got a flat. Figured I'd call roadside and get it taken care of and then go get a tire, told my fiance not to change it and to go ahead into work. Now the nightmare begins.....I call progressive to order roadside, goes alright......until the roadside guy calls me and says there will be a fee because roadside is not on my policy! Now getting irritated because I've always asked for it to be on our policy and know it's essential since its only a little bit a month. I end up dead ending in arguments with them telling me its never been on my policy. An agent changed it long time ago and never told us. So Im an hour in and stuck with a flat tire and no one to help. Getting ready to change it myself and I remember we had AAA LAST YEAR!!! I called this place and a SUPER SUPER SUPER awesome lady helped me. I briefly (less than this reviewud83dude1d) told her what happened and she looked us up and found us. Problem was she only found my fiance on the account and he needed to be with the car. I told her I remebered having to set it up this way because someone told me last year we both couldnt be on it so whoever was on it needed to be with the car, she told me how wrong that info was and helped me get my name on the account with my fiance free of charge and got me a temporary card sent to me and sent someone out to help me. They got there in 15 minutes!!! It was good thing my fiance or I didn't try to change it because the lug nuts were on so tight the guy had to get a breaker bar for leverage and break them loose and his 4way even bent!!!! He eventually got it changed, no fault to him, he was quick but getting the lug nuts off was a challenge. Thank you guys so much for such a positive and helpful experience! I was able to get going , get tire changed JUST IN TIME, and finish making money all night ud83dude01

My vehicle stopped working while working out of town on a busy Fri at 5pm. I immediately called AAA and was quickly talking to a person which was concerned about my vehicle and my safety. They gave the driver of AAA towing information and he showed up got me loaded and hauled me to my destination, which was 69 miles away from where I was, He was very helpful and did a great job of handling the job from the start to the drop off. Thank you AAA

You smile. -TednnMid March now, I appear to have fell face 1st in judgement calling, 5 months into my policIES and she already is disrespectfully demeaning with a side of Condescension all 2 boot. I try 2 be the nice guy and everytime come in next to last. I WAS LOADED UP ON Coverage, SOLD me, then an off the cuff call brimming with ...Uhh, apparent now where the talk comes from and its a deep gnarley spot. I am not dumb or 18yo and having experienced the things in life as I have, quite a shame that someone would Jeckyl hyde me n all. Searching for another ins company and reckon Traders wasnt so bad. yeah...aaannBusy life and the choice to call and wake me with scornful words of IMMINENCE was 1 huge bad trip. I will be canceling my Aaa mbsp and moving where I initially was.nnFailed to get an application signed and the SUN fell from the sky on her side the world. Apparently I had thing somehow more pressing YO. Such a shame and i regret now having trusted you. Next. Class DISMISSED
