I had a gas freestanding gas stove installed in December of 2019. It replaced a wood-burning stove. The stove looks and works great. The installers were knowledgeable and did a good job. However, the stove started to show some rust stains for whatever reason in the fall of 2020. I called Midwest Fireplace and although it took some time to get on the schedule, they sent a guy out to fix the problem. The repair guy educated me on the stove process, repaired the rust spots, and painted the area of concern. He left the room spotless. I get plenty of comments on our stove's looks and heating performance. Overall this was one of those purchases you wish you would have made years ago.

It took me several calls to set up this appointment to check and repair our fireplace. They sent me a text reminder a few days ago which l confirmed . But they never showed up ! Then the next day l received a text thanking me for choosing them !! Very disorganized... now l need to start fresh to find another company and the repairs will be delayed further.nnAs a follow up to the review above, Jessie came by the very next day and fixed both fireplaces and did a great job!

I don’t recall our technicians name, but he was absolutely awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, put everything in place to protect our hard would flooring, and when completed the area was cleaner then he when he came to the house. Very friendly and personable. Midwest Fireplace is my preferred business to service our fireplace

Midwest tech Lamaster Adams arrived as scheduled and was professional and courteous from beginning to end! Went to work promptly getting our outdoor gas fireplace up and running, answered my questions and overall concerns. We will trust Midwest Fireplace to service our fireplaces again!nKG, Lawrence, KS

Great company! Tried them for the first time to repair both of my fireplaces. He not only repaired them both, he made them look good as new! Friendly and professional, I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
