They initially were really good about service and providing flooring for my restaurant. The install seemed fast and really simple but a year later they have begun to peel off at the edges and become a trip hazard for my customers and employees. I called them 4 times to talk to customer service in order to get the floors serviced or redone entirely. They always forward my call to someone and I have left multiple messages without any return calls. They have a nice showroom with lots of options but they haven't been helpful since the install which was poorly done.
Legacy replaced the carpeting in our basement with this gorgeous laminate. The Legacy sales team is extremely easy to work with, and their staff is very courteous and conscientious of your home as they work on it.
We used Legacy Flooring for all of our carpet, wood floor and tile needs during a recent remodel. Gabe and Kelly are very knowledgeable and professional and were a HUGE help in coordinating and picking out everything. They even helped with paint colors! Everything was installed beautifully and on time. We highly recommend Legacy and would definitely use them again.
Talk about professional! We just had our entire main floor installed with beautiful hardwoods. Legacy installers were prompt, efficient, courteous and above all--knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased. This company goes above and beyond in every sense of the word. Our neighbors took one look at our floors and immediately hired Legacy for their flooring project. They give you a detailed estimate with no hidden costs. One main difference is that Legacy goes well beyond the normal scope of work. They move furniture, appliances etc. and even give it a dusting off before putting it all back in place. Our experience says this is a worry-free, hassle-free company to do business with. You can't go wrong with Legacy. I've posted a review twice now but they don't seem to be appearing so, hopefully, the third time is a charm.
Tried contacting this company because they installed the wood flooring in our house about 5 years ago, but after 2 weeks of trying to get someone to call me back, no one did. I talked to several different people and they kept saying someone (sounded like maybe Scott) would call me back and no one ever did. I just left another message, but not expecting a call back. I think they thought it was too small of a job so we'll have to try to find someone else.
