Best selection of LVT that we found anywhere. Plenty of options that were more like marble/stone, not the appearance of wood. Worked really well for us to buy cheaply from them and install it ourselves. Thanks, Justin!

I came in minutes before close, I was a little concerned I wouldn't make it and needed to select an in-stock carpet to be installed next day. Justin did not make me feel rushed, he showed me the in-stock options they had available and explained the difference in quality and pricing. He allowed me to take a couple samples home and because they were in-stock, I could make my decision after looking at them that evening. I truly appreciated the level of service I received. Needed new carpet for 1500 sq ft plus a stair runner for both up and downstairs. Our carpet was 17 years old so it had been a very long time since we had done this. They made a very difficult process so very easy. Came out to my house and explained everything and asked me questions that competitors did not ask me (all 3 of them), which would have made the outcome of my stair runner way different. Adam was very prompt in his response to any and all of our questions. Kept in contact during the entire process and after. Pricing was awesome, install was amazing. Having someone install your carpet that not only knows what they are dong but that treats your home the same way you would is absolutely priceless. And the best part, we are helping support a local family owned company. We have done a lot of remodeling and new construction to our house over the years, almost always with a somewhat negative or terrible experience with one aspect or another. This is the first time we have been happy from start to finish. Such a relief. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble and headache and go with Payless Flooring!

We found this place with a Google search, and we decided to take a look at what they had to offer based on the positive reviews. Adam Watson helped us choose the perfect luxury vinyl plank option to use in our basement. We were so happy with the first experience that we decided to call him do our entire house's carpet as well. The material quality is honestly the best we found for the money, and the carpet installation was extremely well done and clean. We couldn't be happier.
