The front desk staff were very friendly and did an excellent job during our trip. We were in town for a week due to a family emergency. Anything we needed the front desk was right there to take care of it for us. The hotel was quiet had no security issues during our stay. The water could be a little hotter when taking a shower but other than that we had no other problems. Will book again if ever back in town. Thank you!
Hotel getting old..the chair so dirty, matress and pillows in bad shape .nI love holiday inn but not this one sorry.
We stayed at four Holiday Inn Express locations but this one had the best service and friendliest staff. Due to COVID, their delivery date is different (Monday, we left Sunday morning) so they didn't have milk for breakfast but there's a gas station right across the street. It's definitely older than other locations but everything was clean and disinfected and the beds were comfy! Had the best shower of all the locations we stayed at!
Nice room reasonable rates good customer service
The staff was friendly and it was nice to find a hotel with a comfortable pillow top bed. Our downsides were: paint peeling badly in the bathroom, someone else's blood on our hand towel, and dirty blankets. I would not recommend staying at this location. I will not be returning.
