This is an efficient, well-run, safe office. Appointments were easily made, and I was seen right on schedule. Dr. Neyman is both very professional and personable. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a patient and articulate teacher in guiding the patient in the features of and how to use a new hearing aid. I bought the new hearing aid because I believe she had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate in recommending her to someone else with a hearing problem.

The audiologist was very competent explaining all of my options in using the two hearing aids. She showed real concerns for my experience. Both of the ladies at the office served me and my concerns in all areas from hearing specific situations to the coverage provided by my insurance company. I was very happy with their work and my experience of it. Thank you.

Last week, I saw Dr. Margaret Neyman (of American Hearing in Mission, Kansas), and I was beyond impressed with her expertise and professionalism. It was, by far, the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a hearing care provider. Hers was the most thorough hearing exam I have ever had, and she made some significant adjustments to my current hearing aids, which helped me tremendously.
