I was very disappointed and offended when we went shopping for Black Friday yesterday. The sales associate (an older lady with short hair)didn’t really give me the time a day. I asked if she could clean my ring. And instead of helping me right away she kept looking at the computer it wasn’t until she realized what I was shopping for that she actually talked to me. She seemed to treat me like she didn’t want me there. Or that I couldn’t afford what I was looking at. We have our wedding coming up in a few months and wanted to look at wedding bands for my ring. When she took my ring she tapped it on the back of the case..... I have work in jewelry for 10 years and I would never treat anyone the way I was treated yesterday. I had even asked if I could plug in my phone while I shop and I was denied saying they didn’t have any outlets. I wanted to open a card and make a purchase but the way we’re treated we will never go back!

Just picked up my ring for the second time in 4-5 months from a repair on our 5 year anniversary, not quite 3 weeks ago. When i picked it up I made sure it was checked in front of me with confirmation all was well. Took it in today for a cleaning since I was in Jamestown today...went to pick it up and after the check under the microscope...guess what! One of the same diamonds that was just repaired and picked up less than 3 weeks ago is loose again. I was not about to sent it back for another 3 week long repair! I took my ring with me and will be taking it elsewhere. I also asked where they send for repairs...it is another state. No wonder why it takes so long and clearly they haven't a clue how to do a proper repair. I am absolutely disgusted! We had talked abojt a custom made band for it for our 5 year anniversary....looks like that will not be happening! A momentum that should be able to be treasured for a lifetime and be passed down to our children doesn't even last 5 years (or 3 weeks).

I dropped my 10k diamond ring to be sized. It's been there two weeks, and I still haven't heard from the lady who works there. I tried calling and there is no answering machine. That's a sketchy thing to do.. I have to go all the way to Jamestown to talk to this person who has my ring? It's a bit ridiculous.
