I purchased a sign and had it installed on a building. Due to technical issues with the property I had to remove the sign to find another location. I insisted on taking the sign with me but Infiniti signs said they would rather store it at their shop til I found another building. It sounded good til 2 days after they removed the sign when I received a text message stating that I need to come get my sign because they don’t offer no cost storage. This rude comment comes after they recommended they hold onto the sign in the first place. I intended on ordering two more signs until this recent occurrence. As a business owner with multiple companies, my time is limited. Due to this occurrence I have to make unnecessary time modifications due to their lack of organization and planning. They aren’t particularly fond of their clientele. I very rarely ever leave negative reviews, but it’s important for people to treat people right.

An employee (Paul Tribble) listed a sign for sale online and I made him an offer and he accepted the offer but when I went to get it he told me he sold the sign to someone else that offered him more money. I do not recommend this company nor would I trust any of its employees. When you agree to sell someone something for a certain price then it should be considered SOLD and no longer for sale. Completely fraudulent!
