435 has been doing repairs to keep my roof alive over the last several years, never pushing me to spend needless money. I finally decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and have a full replacement completed and I am ecstatic about the whole experience and have a beautiful new roof to boot! As an insurance agent, I frequently hear about the storm chasing door knocking wanna-be roofers that converge on an area after a big storm. 99.99% of the time they over promise and under perform, taking advantage of homeowners that understandably don't know any better. Most of the time a client will call me in advance of signing on the dotted line and I always encourage them to get another opinion and to check with 435 and Lloyd Lantz in particular, knowing they will have a top notch all around experience every time. Kudos to Lloyd and his great team!

I knew having a new roof would be fantastic, but I had no idea how amazing the process would be thanks to 435 Roofing. Lloyd Lantz, the person who helped us choose the right roof at a competitive price, was a font of wisdom on roofs. He stayed with us from start to finish.nnHis roofing team executed the project with balletic like grace, precision, and speed, completing the job in one day! And, it's easy to praise when all goes well, but what totally exceeded our expectations was when, in the last moments on the hottest day of the summer (doing work that other companies had refused to do in our attic), a piece of plywood slipped and damaged our ceiling. The NEXT MORNING, 435 Roofing arranged for a repair guy to fix the damage and repaint our entire living room ceiling. That showed character, diligence, and responsibility. I can't say enough good things about 435 Roofing.
Can a roof replacement be a good experience? I never would have thought so but 435 Roofing did an awesome job! From the free estimate, to the experienced workmanship, even the clean up, it was a good experience. Ask for Lloyd when you call.
