I’ve been with Augustine for years, and with my current rep —Brandon — for six years. Not only does he do an exceptional job, but he is thorough, and spends the time to tell me of any issues. The best part of Brandon (and Augustine) is that they know exactly my maintenance needs to keep pests away —and I trust Brandon’s work. He is punctual, reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. This is why I think Augustine a does great job — they do great work and provide great service — and hire exceptional employees.

Tim came out to do a check for termites. He was punctual, knew exactly what he was looking for and therefore was quick & courteous. He also took time time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood his recommendations and then put it in writing so I could review it to make a decision that’s best for my family and property. Impressive!

If we don't have termites doing damage to our home, by definition you did an outstanding job!! Perhaps as important, the technician was friendly and courteous while being professional. He reassured us even with all our gardening, he would be able to find the monitoring stations.
