Custom Stone Tile

Sorry Kevin, after 3 to 4 months of contacting you to fix your mistakes, you have left me no choice!nnWe had Kevin install tiling in our kitchen and bathrooms. The work was okay, but was very slow...There was always some kind of excuse that prevented Kevin from focusing on our project full time and getting the work done...nnNonetheless, a month or two later, once the work was completed we were happy with the workmanship of the tiling that was put in place...nnOr so we thought....We built a custom shower w/ a custom tile shower pan and were excited to start using it...We didn't use the shower for a while because we were waiting on a glass sliding shower door to be installed....nnOnce the shower door was installed we were excited to start using our shower that we invested thousands of $$$ in, but found out that our shower pan was leaking...nnWe contacted Kevin in April 2015 to see if he could come out and inspect the shower pan...It is now almost August, and we still haven't seen him...Kevin has made every excuse in the book to avoid coming out and fixing his mistakes...nnBased upon his lack of commitment to fix his mistakes, bad craftsmanship, & lack of integrity, there is no way I can possibly recommend Kevin to anyone...ever!...nnSince we can't get Kevin to come out and fix it, we will likely have to tear out our brand new shower pan and have a REAL tiling professional come out and fix it...nnShame on you Kevin!
