We both received good customer service and got the hair cuts we wanted even though our requests were a little unique.

I feel bad giving one star only because the chick cutting my hair was very nice.nnBut aside from that, she messed it all up.nnI had made a spontaneous decision to shave my hair, but when I had done the prechop myself, I saw that I liked it at a length I cut it to. So I went to this place to get it cleaned up. All I asked was that the ends be evened out to the same length and the blunt cuts be tapered off and blended together.nnShe cut off almost ALL of the hair I had left! I look like 2013 Miley Cyrus now when she chopped all of hers off.nnWhen I asked her to stop going any shorter once I noticed what she had done, she said she was just doing the blending. She then asked me did I not want it that short and I told her no, I just wanted it cleaned up like I had said. And she said, “Well, this is what I had to work with. It will grow out.”nnShe pretty much ignored all of my requests and just went to town. Pretty upset because I was confident with a choppy cut I did myself and now not wanting to look at myself in the mirror after going to this place. But I looked anyway, and saw that it was UNEVEN! The left side was an entire inch longer than the right. Luckily, I could fix that myself.nBut she even had the audacity to give me her card and asked if I wanted to add a tip when I was very obviously unhappy.
