Don’t bother to place an order for less then $1000, they don’t care about customers who aren’t spending a ton. I ordered stair balusters on 7/9, gave my credit card info and was told it would be 1 week. On 7/20 I called to follow up and was told there was no record of the order but someone would call me back. No return call so I called again and once again was told I would get a call back and never did. They don’t care about smaller purchases.
Rude, act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. Would not recommend them.
