I would like to say that when Amy came out to service our AC since it went out,nshe was very professional courteous and kind and informed us of the possibilities of what could be wrong.nSo she arranged for us to meet the sales rep Daniel Sibert.nI like the fact that Daniel was willing to meet us at our convenience which meant a lot to us, after sitting down with Daniel and him explaining our options we opted to have our AC and heater unit replaced for us this is very important because it is our forever home and we want the best.nThe people that work for Bob Hamilton plumbing are very friendly cordial and down-to-earth which I appreciate Daniel worked with us we were able to get the AC unit and heater they sent out the technicians which were Greg and Ernie.nGreg and Ernie came to our home and worked diligently to replace our AC and heating unit they were polite nice they did a beautiful job everything is beautiful I am very pleased and very happy their work is excellent from the beginning of Amy to Daniel to Greg and Ernie if you want a company that gives you guarantees gives you polite genuine people and treats you like a human being and not a dollar amount then you definitely want to go with Bob Hamilton plumbing thank you all for doing a wonderful job have a wonderful day

Updated: Used Bob Hamilton again to fix several items prior to sale of home. Plumber fixed a faucet, a wobbly toilet, and unclogged a drain. AC guy cleaned the unit. Both did excellent work. Thanks Bob!! And Kris too.nnScheduled and done within 2 hours. Drew was our plumber and he did a great job. Very happy with the service and the people.nMario came today to get the furnace going. Needed to rewire the thermostat connection inside the furnace. In and out in half an hour. Nice guy. Good work. Happy customer.

Alan did a wonderful job. His professionalism and expertise are top notch. He inspected the furnace and made sure everything is running correctly, and took the time to explain every single questions in detail.nnI highly recommend Alan for any future task. Totally 100% satisfied.

Last Saturday--Oswaldo Herrera was my AC Tech. I wish to convey my congratulations to him; he performed Great work to my house! This time around I only needed minor services/repairs—he spot-checked my unit solving what I needed. Mr. Herrera demonstrated confidence I considered a valuable contribution to my home. He did so by explaining possible future suggestions to consider. Mr. Herrera ideas clearly left me no room for miscommunication.nHe displayed a highly consistent level of performance in his work. Extraordinary problem-solving skills. He abides by the company’s rules and policies. Keep up the good work!nPromote Now!nnPS: My last inspection, I was informed then by the technician My AC unit would need a PART replaced , and that I need to consider getting fixed. I elected to have the repair! So far to this date there has been NO response to having it repaired. I would like to have someone investigate what the miscommunication was/is. Thanks in advance.

Matt Dayringer came to help us install our new water heater and fix the leak in our bathtub faucet. I would really love appreciate him for the not only being incredibly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, for offering wonderful customer service, I mean this man is one of Bob Hamilton’s best! If ever Bob Hamilton member is as kind, hardworking and professional as Matt, then you all are doing a great job! Kudos to Matt! Thank you so much for your help!
