I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Nov. 2019), my experience with Grantham University has been a very positive one. But, you have to manage your time, do the assigned work, and engage with your peers in your class. I am currently enrolled at Grantham again for my Master's Degree in Leadership.nnThis college worked with me in every category. My student adviser was there for me anytime and went the extra mile to ensure I was successful. Overall the professor's are fair, but you have to communicate if you have any concerns with the course. I liked the on-line format with this college, Veteran Friendly!
1.The online university only give 6 minutes of video lecture each week on average, so it’s not worth the money. 2.The refund process by NelNet is not working properly, and the customer service at NelNet is extremely mean spirited. 3.The university admin staff are all nice though, but just the admin. 4. Most of teaching lecturers had some ethical issues, and the teacher Kimberley Karter Cram was really bad, she likes to peak into students’ privacy and push students to expose extremely private stories in front of the class forum, otherwise you would not get enough marks to proceed into your degree. 5.The university refuse to improve at all despite many of the students negative feedback about the video being too short.
Garbage school. Don’t waste your money. Lectures are from 2012. Teachers don’t actually teach you a single thing. Nothing but trouble from the start.
I graduated this year with a BA in Criminal Justice. You get out of it what you're willing to put into it. I really think those who call Grantham a diploma mill likely didn't have the the fortitude to finish what they started when they enrolled. Either that or they have no understanding of the difference between national and regional accreditation and how regional accreditation may be required by some employers, which would be the student's fault for not researching it prior. Academically, Grantham isn't Harvard or Yale by any stretch of the imagination but if you have the dedication to self learn by actually reading your textbooks and going above and beyond on assignments and not turning stuff in late, you'll do just fine. Also, Grantham is a private, for profit school so they do expect you to pay your tuition in a timely fashion. Be an adult, pay your bill, and don't make excuses.
Great School. Really a help to Military and Military Vets. Student adviser was constantly in touch...even by text. Teachers understand the demands of people who have family, jobs and surprise life events. They work with you to help you stay on track. I have attended over 6 other colleges and universities since high school and found Grantham was the place I was able to finish even though I lived in other countries, moved, changed jobs etc. I earned my AA, BS and will be Graduating with my MBA in September. My only regret is that I didn't find Grantham University sooner in life and have all of these new doors open to me. I am now a great example to my children and I can hold my head very high when someone reads my resume. They always thank me for my service. I wish there was a PHD program because I will miss my weekly mad scramble to get my work done by Sundays and Tuesdays. Thank you Grantham... I am very proud to be an Alumni!! Hooah!!
