Amazing group of people! We tried to get our roof repaired 7 years ago, and was told we'd get a check for $900 because of how our policy was written for actual cash value. Of course, we turned it down. We've had multiple reps knock on our door since then, and immediately walk away once they were given this information. Our contractor with Northstar Group, Yusef Robinson, looked past that and worked with the insurance company to get our roof AND gutters replaced...plus out of pocket was half of our deductible! Not only did we have this negotiation wiz on our side, the folks that did the work were extremely polite and professional, and didn't leave a single nail or staple behind. Thanks guys for helping us continue to protect our property!!!
Nathan was outstanding to work with throughout the process. He kept us informed and guided us with detailed information and never seemed to mind all of our questions. Hopefully, we will never need his services again, but we will highly recommend Nathan and this group!
