We have used this dry cleaners for may years though infrequently and the last time we took a tux and tuxedo shirt to be cleaned was several months ago and could of been last year. Recently when getting ready for a formal event, discovered did not get the same shirt back. It had french cuffs but there were not any slots for tuxedo studs. Had no choice but to wear this shirt with my tux instead of a tuxedo shirt.nnDropped the shirt back off at cleaners and attendant called the manager and said they would see if they could find my shirt. Manager called today and said they had no record of having a tuxedo shirt from me and that must be my shirt.nnVery disappointed in his response. Almost like he was calling me a lair. But it could of been worse. Almost didn't go to that formal event, then this would have happened getting ready for my daughter's wedding which is next month. So if you decide to use this cleaner, please double check that you got back what you dropped off because this cleaners will not be accountable for any mistakes.

I took my comforter in to have it cleaned. When I got it home and took it off the hanger, all of the filling had rolled up along one side of the comforter. The rest of it was flat, with nothing between. I called and asked what had happened and why I wasn’t told that it was ruined when I picked it up and the man I spoke to was short and seemed upset that I would question him. I was told there were no invisible stitches in the comforter to keep the filling in place. I asked if there was a sign or something in the shop that stated that and I asked why, when I dropped it off, someone didn’t warn me about what could happens to it. He told me that he didn’t know what I was told because there were no notes in the order. I was not warned it could be ruined if they dry cleaned it... The only solution he offered was that he would be willing to dry clean it again...at no cost. I asked, Wouldn’t that make it even worse?” He said yes, it probably would. So they ruined my sons comforter and then offered to make it worse “at no cost”. This location has little concern for their clients or the items they are to clean and take care of while in their care. I would NEVER recommend going there again. Not only am I out a $150 comforter, I am also out $55 I paid to clean it.
