This laundromat in my opinion is the best! Probably over the last 25 years, I have used this laundromat on an off when I didn't have a W/D in my apartment. The owner and staff are personable and helpful above and beyond! They do offer drop off service if you feel so inclined to spoil yourself!!! And it is always clean. Karen, Toni, Doreen, and the newer guy whose name I keep forgetting are awesome. If I need a laundromat, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Second time I have gone here the laundry attendant is so very nice. She gave me advice on the machines I never had this nice of customer service in a laundromat. I will be back again I appreciated her service. ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f She treated me and my son so Kindly
Wow!! Wonderful service and help from the staff person on shift today. Doreen was incredibly helful explaining how the machines work and what would work best for different types of loads. The facility was clean too. I will definitely be back.
I love Lenexa Coin and Laundry. Toni is amazing. Knows which machines to direct each customer to, at a brief glace at what you are bring in. Very affordable. This is a clean, eventhough, busy place. The machines are well kept. (Don't have any rust to worry about getting on your clothes here. That won't happen). Thanks so much Toni and all!
Looked everywhere for a good laundromat to go to that was clean but also affordable after switching apartment complexes. Was recommended to Lenexa Coin by my boyfriend and have been a consistent customer ever since .
