Since i am a insurance agent, i refer ServiceMaster DSI to all my clients for their water/fire restoration needs. I myself have used them for my basement when the sump pump did not work. They are very professional, and all my insurance carriers i sell from like working with them during the claims process. I recommend them 100%
Totally had no idea what I was going to do, they arrived and got right to work. It was so hot that day and I felt so bad for him having to go under my house and with Covid he had to wear a mask on top of that. He loaded up all the wet insulation and set up the fans and off he went. It was even a holiday weekend and they came immediately. I am very satisfied with this company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I don’t even know where to begin. They were late each time they came. They spent no more than three hours in our home in total. They didn’t call to let us know they wouldn’t be coming. They skipped on showing up multiple times. Claimed they did much more work than they did. They didn’t even properly finish it. But we did all the removal of carpets and furniture and claimed they did it. Sent us a crazy bill of around $6,000 and we managed to talk it down to a bit over $4,000 after we sent them all the pictures of proof we had. Will not be using again. Neither will our insurance company.
Can't stick to their own schedule, after we left work early to meet with them, twice . How are we supposed to have confidence in you to do the rest of the work? Too unreliable. We obviously weren't a priority to you.
