Often times the front desk employees were dismissive, distant, or not helpful. When an expensive garment was damaged (every single button was crushed) we spent weeks trying to remedy the situation and even after escalating to management no solution was reached. We eventually switched cleaners and wrote off the one of a kind $240 shirt but am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and attention we received from a local business (as we would prefer to utilize local services). As previous customers of VIP Cleaners I'm very disappointed that the book of business was transferred to this location - we went from a gentleman who cared deeply about quality and timeliness to a lackluster service that could have been provided at a better quality and more affordable price from an establishment elsewhere.
Gave them a brand new suit pants custom tailored to dry clean along with another dress pant and both were discolored clearly by machine marks like it was too hot or something and they blamed it on bleach. I dont even use bleach at my home. Manager said they cant do anything about it. Been a loyal customer for 5 years and went through 2 managers and several visits yet no results.

Took my Nautica Overcoat to have its sleeves shortened and got it back with them cut at an absurd angle as if a child did it . What a mess they made of my coat, I will never ignore reviews again , ever. I've never left a review on anything but this got to me bad when the attendant tried to make light of the issue . $300 overcoat pal .
