If you like the clothes you intend to dry clean, go elsewhere. I have a very nice linen blouse I dropped off. Was supposed to get it next day, I go back two days later and its not ready. Go back the next day and now the blouse has spots all over the back of it. They took it back and I got it again and less spots but still spots. The counter person said this is the best we can do and that they are fade spots. If they were fade spots, how did some of them go away. I asked to have the owner call me and nothing no call no responsibility. If you value you clothes, do not use this company.

I brought my UGG king-size a comforter with two UGG pillowcases to get cleaned. I brought them to this dry cleaned so they would not get ruined. I spent a lot of money purchasing them. However when I got them back the hair came off of it simply by touching it, it lost all fluffiness and softness. They completely destroyed them. My dog who lays on the bed got very sick because it got into his lungs as did my boyfriend who has asthma. I’m very mad and wouldn’t recommend taking anything of value there!! Completely destroyed them!!!

The new girl, Taylor, lost or threw away 6-7 men’s dress shirts after she tossed an attitude with me when using the Covid19 curbside. I tried to discuss things with her (how she made me feel terrible) and she may have apologized but our bag of clothes was lost right after this interaction. She refused to involve the owner until after videotaping was auto deleted. The owner, Jeff, seemed responsive at first. But has since avoided our calls and has not taken responsibility for his employee and our cost in replacing my husbands expensive work shirts!nnAfter SEVERAL years of complete satisfaction, we will avoid this place and highly recommend others avoiding it until Jeff fires this questionable employee & helps pay for our clothes.

I took my wedding dress to this cleaners to be steamed. My wedding dress came back with stains. I got a phone call that my dress was ready and I was under the assumption that I would not have to pay for anything since it was damaged in their care. Once I got my dress I walked out of the door and a woman came behind me and said oh you still have to pay. I think it was totally unacceptable that your people messed up my dress yet I'm the one paying. The staff were nice but I still believe that I should not have to pay for anything

people are nice. price is good. however, twice they did not remove small, easy stains in two of my shirts. they had to keep sending garments back. they are hurrying through their cleaning and not paying attention to marked areas that need attention. one shirt is noticeably faded by their process. if you want garments cleaned properly and on time, i don't recommend this cleaner.
