Piercing Pagoda

I researched several locations to get my six year old daughter's ears pierced in order to find a place that I felt had the best combination of sanitation, customer service, and selection of piercing earrings that she would be able to choose from. When I came across this location and made a phone call to confirm some things I spoke with an attendant named Monique and she was so sweet and answered every question that I had with kindness and patience. I felt sure that this would be the place. When we arrived Michelle and Tammy were working and OH MY GOODNESS were they the best. They put both my little one and me at ease; and the way that they handle children was beautiful. They gave the option to have both ears done at once and showed my little one everything that they would do first before proceeding with ANY portion of the process. They made things fun by drawing happy faces on her hand and asking her favorite colors etc. And one of the loveliest (and most professional) moments was how critical they both were of the placement of the dots for piercing. I thought I would have to be the one obsessing over the placement but I didn't have to because they were already on it...changing the location 2-3 times and conferring with each other until it was perfect on both sides. I LOVED THAT! And of course she got lollipops after (which they requested permission for first-another win!). My little girl says even though she didn't like the 'pokey' it was still fun and she is happy with her earrings. Can't ask for more than that.nnWith all that said...thank you Michelle and Tammy for your lovely spirits and for making what is already a potentially stressful experience for a little one (and in turn the parent), as memorable as it could be ud83dudda4. Highly recommend. And if you get Michelle or Tammy then I assure you that your experience will be handled with great care.

They are always so kind and always try to do what they can to help me even when I bring back an item that is no longer there; they always try some kind of solution to help.
