Went to get my ears repeirced and a worker named Laura was extremely rude. The entire time she was talking to us she was very irritated when we explained the situation and kept making rude remarks and kept cutting me off (when talking). I won’t be going back to this store and don’t recommend going.
Very polite store staff
I love the deals that are always going on whenever I pop in to buy a few things. I thought I was only gonna buy 4 pieces of earrings, but you had a buy 3 get 3 free sale and I cant pass that up! Plus, there are so many great designs of earrings in there. Love them all
My girlfriend and I wen't into the Oak Park mall looking to get both of our ears pierced, and we walked around looking at all of the stores to see which one we wanted to go to. We came across ICING and talked with Genesis about it, and she was extremely nice about everything, and made sure we were cool with everything that was going on. She worked with us even though she was closing within the hour, and we both got our ears pierced for $35 each. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I hope Icing appreciates Genesis as much as we did.
I tried to get a refund and they were rude. The completely denied it even though I had everything I needed for the refund. I don’t think I will ever be buying from here again. Got over charged for the 6 things I bought and wouldn’t let me return 1. Over priced and rude.
