The showroom is well organized, their selection is decent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.nnThe only reason they are receiving four stars is because of a custom tile order that didn't go well. Most of the problem was with Oceanside Tile, but Virginia Tile's warehouse should have kept in better contact with our tile installer on all of the issues and delays. Instead, he repeatedly had to reschedule work at our property (3X total before it was done). In the end, we cancelled the custom tile order after numerous flimsy excuses for delays and went with an in stock subway tile.

Great selection of in-stock and custom tile. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ask for Shelby to help you with selections, she is patient and fun to work with.
