I have had a sleep number bed for close to 15 years, I love my bed.. I had some issue with it after my last move and just felt it was time to upgrade. I went in seeking some advice and never once felt pressured to get a new bed.. Joshua Rains was the sales rep I spoke to in Overland Park Ks, He was extremely helpful. After much discussion I decided to get a new bed. I appreciated his kindness and helpfulness. I cannot wait to get my new bed.

I purchased a mattress on May 29th. The manager that helped us through the process wasn't clear about the returning policy. She made it sound as though we could just try the bed, and if we end up not liking it, we could just pay for the returning shipping (pick up), and that will be all. We tried the mattress for more than a month and ended up not liking the product because of a few reasons. We returned it, and then we were charged 800 dollars for the mattress that we ended up not getting. This is ridiculous that they charge for shipping (for dropping the mattress at my place) and for picking it up both for 199, tax, the bedding, PLUS unknown fee. First of all, they can't even explain what kind of charges add up to 800. They are just saying it's shipping fee and the bedding. I'm pretty sure the bed sheet I got isn't over 400 dollars. I also wasn't told the fact that we have to pay for the shipping twice. The manager hasn't communicated the policy clearly, and we weren't expecting to pay 800 dollars for the mattress that I didn't like. It's all about the expectation. If this were to be the case, I think she shouldn't have sounded so much like trying the mattress for free. With 800 dollars, I could have gotten a new mattress somewhere else. I'm very disappointed.

Josh was wonderful to work with! He took his time to show us Sleep Number models that matched our needs and he answered any questions we had. If you’re looking for a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend stopping by the Overland Park store!
