My wife and I needed a new bed and chose Mattress Firm in Olathe mostly because it is very close to where we live. I’m happy we did. Scott was very insightful and patient helping us find the right bed that we both liked. He informed us of some sales and rebates that were available as well as financing options. Overall great customer service and no pushy sales tactics. We will buy a bed there again when we need one.
We have used this store before and were satisfied with our purchase. It's on a bed in one of our spare bedrooms. The one I purchased today is for the master bedroom and it was the first one I laid on. Tried several other ones and they just didn't feel as comfortable. I'm looking forward to having this new mattress on our bed. The one I'm replacing is 17 years old.
Salesman was knowledgeable. Good selection on the floor. We were able to pick up the mattress we chose at the warehouse, same day. I am unhappy with the mattress protector they sold me. I asked if it was the same cooling fabric as the pillows and he told me, yes. It was really pricey but being cool is a game changer for my sleep. When we got home and got it out of the box, it was NOT the same material and not even advertised as a cooling fabric. If I’d known, I would have definitely not purchased it. We are two hours from the store so can’t easily return or exchange it. Lesson learned - check the box!!
Our experience here was very positive. John S assisted us and helped us find the right style mattress for our budget. Delivery team was also great and very professional - wore booties for our carpet and made sure to take care around light fixtures and pictures.
I was having an issue with delivery options online so I called the store the next day and they took care of everything for me, provided the exact product I needed with the same online discounts and instant gifts. Very helpful and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want/need!
