We have used Bickimer twice and have been impressed both times. Jeremy was timely and he exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final results we have been satisfied. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.
Bickimer Electric helped us on a new breaker box and meter box repair. Jeremy and Troy were on time, professional and easy to talk to, and did excellent work. Jeremy even helped clean up some loose ends and simple fixes around our house after the panel. When the power company failed to get our power back on in a timely manner Mike Bickimer worked with us into the evening to get someone out. The work and customer service are 5 stars, I'm glad I chose them for my electrical contractor. Big thanks again to Mike and Jeremy.
Almost $500 bill for one outlet and a photo cell. Technician took two hours making two trips to Home Depot for the same part which made up for the 2.5 hours he actually spent here. Should have done it ourselves but we figured maybe we would gain some knowledge,in some way, I guess we did....
I had electric repair issues as well as security lights and cameras installed outside. Jeremy did a great job and was very pleasant and friendly despite the uncomfortably cold weather. I spoke with John and Mike on two occasions on the phone and I appreciate how friendly and accommodating they were. I will use Bickimer Electric again!
We had an urgent situation at our daughter's house. Mike was able to send out a tech (Jeremy) the same day who was able to quickly diagnose the problem. With a quick change out of the switch on the outside breaker box, she was back in business. Thank you for the excellent service! We will be sure to use your company for future electrical issues.
